Hello Zohreh, Thanks for your question. These are usually short words that link together parts of the sentence. Their form is always the same, it never changes so you just need to remember the meaning. Here are a few popular ones:

Because they are used a lot in the language, if you read and translate many Polish texts, you will remember them well.
