Here are some popular questions and answers about how to learn with Repeto. The list below will be updated in the following weeks.

How do I start?

After you sign in, you will automatically be brought to the homepage that shows all the courses for the language you chose when you signed up. You just need to choose the course and then click on the first available lesson. In order to unlock new lessons, you need to complete each step of the previous ones.

How do I change the language I’m studying?

Click on the small triangle next to your account picture and then select “Edit account”. In the following page, you need to select the new language under “I want to learn” and then “Update”. Remember that you need to type your password in order to confirm your changes.

How do I change my password?

Click on the small triangle next to your account picture and then select “Edit account”. In the following page you just need to scroll down and select “Change my password” at the end, and then type your new password and confirm your changes with the old password.

How much does Repeto cost?

Repeto offers three packages.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are an option we offer but they need to be requested within 7 days from the date you purchase it. Please go to the Contact us page to let us know you want to have a refund. You do not need to specify the reason but it would be nice to know since this allows us to improve our language courses.

Can I study more than one language at once?

Yes. You can switch the language by Editing your account.

How do I get my 60 minutes lesson with a teacher after purchasing the annual subscription?

After your purchase, we’ll contact you as soon as possible. The lesson will take place after the 7-day grace period when you can cancel subscription. If the lesson won’t be attended by the student you might lose the lesson.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to the Billing area of your account. Just click the cancel button. If you cancel in the middle of the billing period, you will still be able to learn until the end of the billing period. Then, our courses will be locked again. You can subscribe at any moment by going to our Pricing page and choosing one of the plans.
