Affiliate Program
Thank you for your interest in the Repeto affiliate program. Our affiliates are very important to us. This agreement is designed with you in mind, as well as protecting you, Repeto and our customers. Please read thoroughly and if you are interested, email us, and we will set up your affiliate account.
Affiliate Agreement
This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the Repeto affiliate program. In this agreement, the term "Affiliate" refers to you (the applicant). In this agreement, “Repeto” refers to Smart Polak Ltd, with whom you are entering this agreement. By applying to the Repeto affiliate program you are confirming that you have read the agreement and agree to the terms and conditions.
Affiliate Program
Repeto seeks to expand its brand, product, and service awareness and obtain customers through placing Repeto affiliate links on the Affiliate Website and social media accounts (YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
Commission
For a sale to generate a commission to an Affiliate, the customer must subscribe to one of the Repeto plans:
- If a customer subscribes to our Annual Plan, an Affiliate will receive one payment of $5.
- If a customer subscribes to Monthly Plan, an Affiliate will receive one payment of $1.
Commissions will only be paid on sales that are made when the customer clicks through qualified, correctly structured Affiliate links.
Properly coded links are the sole responsibility of the affiliate. The information about the affiliate is stored in the customer's cookie file and will expire after 30 days from clicking the link. Therefore an Affiliate won’t be awarded if:
- a customer uses a different browser to purchase than the one they originally used to visit our site (because the cookie does not exist in that browser)
- a customer purchases after 30 days (because the cookie will expire).
Commission Payment
If a sale occurs, Repeto will once a month send to an Affiliate commission report showing the detailed information about each sale and the commission earned.
Payments to all Affiliates will be carried out on the 10th day of the following month. For instance, Repeto will pay the commission on the 10th of June for all confirmed sales in May. Payments will generally be paid out via PayPal. Repeto will cover payment fees.
Refunds
In the event a customer requests a refund for a transaction for which the Affiliate has earned commissions, any commissions earned on the refund amount will not be paid out.
Usage and Obligations
Affiliates are permitted to use the Repeto brand and marketing resources sent to them or available on Repeto website. Logos and other assets cannot be modified. The Affiliate does not gain any trademark, copyright or any other rights to these materials.
The Affiliate will never imply that they are acting on behalf of Repeto and will never advertise Repeto products directly. The Affiliate will never bid for advertisements that compete with Repeto.
The Affiliate will never represent themselves, Repeto or their relationship with Repeto in a false or misleading way.
The Affiliate will not engage in the distribution of an unsolicited bulk email (spam) mentioning or referencing Repeto.
Term and Termination
Either party has the right to terminate the agreement immediately without prior notice.
If the Affiliate terminates the agreement, no further commissions from Repeto will be paid for any past or future customer transactions.
If Repeto chooses to terminate the agreement, any remaining balance will be paid to the affiliate within 45 days of termination.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
Repeto and Affiliate shall perform their obligations hereunder as independent contractors. Nothing herein is intended to or shall be construed to create a partnership, agency, joint venture, employment or similar relationship between the Parties. Neither Party has any right or ability to bind or enter into any obligation on behalf of the other. Each Party shall bear its own costs and expenses of its performance of its obligations under this Agreement.
Modification
We may cancel the Affiliate Program or modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include, but not limited to changes in the scope of available commissions, commission schedules, payment procedures and Affiliate Program rules.
