We have some nice Polish short stories with vocabulary exercises here at Repeto. Please have a look.

There is also a good website Lingua.com, where they have a number of short Polish texts and comprehension quizzes.

I also have to recommend Piotr's stories from Real Polish. On his older website, you will find short but brilliant Polish texts and stories for learners together with audio.

Hi Stefan, thanks for the great question😀 Polish is not one of the easiest languages, so I'm full of admiration towards you that this doesn't discourage you from learning it. There are many ways to master Polish step by step, at least at a basic level. Don't worry that your level isn't too high, I learn Polish every day and every time it surprises me, even though I'm a native Polish speaker. There are many Polish texts that you can use to learn this language. But coming back to your question, recently there have been many polish texts on Repeto, both for learning to read and for memorizing. They contain new vocabulary, which I think is the basis for learning any language. More precisely, on repeto you can find "lessons", "vocabulary" and polish texts about a very interesting and crazy Kowalski family. Do you already know them?If not, take a look at Repeto.
