I'd like to talk Italian with Italian speakers but I'm not sure whether they enjoy it or not.

Ciao! 😀 In my opinion Italians are the best when you want to learn Italian because most of us enjoy speaking Italian with foreigners. That's something that you don't always see in many other countries where people tend to respond in English just because you are foreigner. So, don't worry. If you speak Italian, Italian people are more than happy. Just be respectful and fair when it comes to language exchanges.
