Бессонная ночь

Awake all night

Когда мне не спиться, я сижу возле дома и смотрю на звездное ночное небо.

When I cannot sleep well, I sit outside my house and I watch the night-time pass by.

Сегодня мне снова не спиться, так что я опять сижу около дома.

Tonight, I cannot sleep, so like always, I am outside my house.

Я сижу на крыльце и пью стакан теплого молока.

I sit on my porch and drink a warm cup of milk.

Пью молоко и смотрю на звездное небо.

I am drinking my milk, watching the stars in the sky.

Неожиданно, я услышал шум.

When suddenly I hear a noise.

«Кто там?» - прокричал я.

"Who is there?" I shout.

Ответа не было.

There is no reply.

Я снова услышал шум, что-то находится в кустах рядом со мной.

I hear the noise again, there is something in the bushes next to me.

«Привет! Кто там?» - повторил я.

"Hello! Who is there?" I repeat.

Я немного занервничал.

I am now a little nervous.

Обычно, в это время суток здесь не бывает шума.

Normally, at this time of night, there is no noise.

Как правило тут только я и Луна, но сегодня ночью всё идет по-другому.

It is always just me and the moon, but tonight things are different.

В третий раз я услышал шум рядом со мной.

For the third time, I hear the noise next to me.

Я подскочил и уже приготовился бежать.

I jump up and get ready to run.

«Последний раз повторяю, кто там?» - прокричал я как можно громче.

"For the final time, who is there?" I shout as loudly as possible.

Внезапно, из кустов выпрыгнул брат и начал смеяться.

Suddenly, my little brother jumps out of the bush as he laughs a lot.

«Я напугал тебя!» - прокричал он.

"I scared you!" he shouts.

Мой маленький брат думает, что он забавный.

My little brother thinks he is funny.

Я тоже немного засмеялся, не хотелось говорить ему, что я очень испуган.

I laugh a little because I do not want to tell him how scared I am.

Маленькие братья всегда проблемные, да?

Little brothers are always a problem, huh?
