Time until start speaking Polish

I can't speak for Polish itself because I don't know it but since I speak 7 languages I can tell you that you can start speaking even after a week or so. You could even build perfect sentences after 7 days but the only difference is how many topics you can actually speak about.

You can quickly learn to say who you are, why you're learning Polish, where you live etc. and that's already speaking but it's all about expanding that range of topics and the wider it is, the more time it is going to take. So everything is based on the range of topics you want to be able to cover.

Of course, it all depends on how you learn, but I think you should try to speak Polish as soon as you have some basic vocabulary.

I'm not sure what level you are at but if you are a beginner, you could start by learning some phrases that you can use to introduce yourself. You can expand them further to be able to talk about your family, interests, hobbies and so on.

These are the topics that are likely to be used in conversation with Poles so are excellent place to start.
