Do Polish people, depending on the region they come from, speak with different accents? If so, can they easily communicate and understand each other?
Not sure what accent should I learn when studying Polish :(

Even thought here are regions in Poland where people speak slightly differently (some parts of Śląsk, Kaszyby, Tatra mountains, etc.) I would say that vast majority of Polish population use one Polish accent.
In other words, no matter what language material you use to learn Polish, you will understand pretty much everybody. This is not the case where I live in the UK where there are many English accents and dialects.
