Ciao! 😀 Penso che sia una bella idea is the correct one. When it comes to opinions you need to use the subjunctive form but in everyday speech it can happen that we use the present (presente indicativo) tense instead. Therefore Penso che è una bella idea can be a sentence that you might hear even though it's not the gramatically correct one.
