Do Polish (Poles) speakers also have difficulty with digraph pronunciation?

Not sure what "digraph pronunciation" is...

Do you mean ś ć ź ź ć ą ó ń ? If so, no, Poles do not have any problems with pronouncing them.

These are normal sounds the only difference was that the latin alphabet did not have these letters/sounds so they had to create them. But yes, they as easy to pronounce as other letters.

digraph = the combination of two letters reprsenting one sound such as /rz/ or in English /ph/
