Hello! How do you say "okay" in Italian?

You can use "ok" which has the same pronunciation but it's written slightly different. But of course, this is taken from English and despite being common, it's not an Italian word.

If you want to use Italian words that are as much common, you should use the followings.

Va bene

Sì

And if you want to say that you understood something, you can simply say

Capito
