Is it mieszkam na oko or ja mieszkac na oko? Does mieszkac change the meaning of na in the second sentence?

na oko means approximetly

Are you asking whether you need to use personal pronoun in a sentence?

No, you don't need to, both Mieszkam i Ja mieszkam are correct.

I wasn't even considering a personal pronoun. I know that those sentences make little sense but they made sense to me at the time I came up with them... :) thanks for the answer
